7.Refund Policy.

All transactions are backed up by the official return policy of Nour Journey Company as the following. Nour Journey Company will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any product shipped with your order within 30 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within 60 days. After 30 days all sales are final. Sales of Services are final and no refunds will be provided after the Service is provided no exceptions.

NOTE: In case that a physical Item is shipped with your order, the shipped item needs to be returned to the address provided by Nour Journey Company in the original packaging and undamaged prior to the issue of a refund.

8.Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Maryland. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Nour Journey Company and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Maryland. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Nour Journey Company’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Nour Journey Company may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
